Getting Started - Adding a new source

To get started, please follow these few simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Sources page
   
2. Press "Insert new item"
   
3. Fill out the form:
   
   1. Enter Name of page. It is wise to choose a name that represents the actual content of the page.
   2. Enter Url of page. You can point your browser to the web page or feed, copy the url in the address bar and paste it into the Url field.
   3. Leave the Filter field as it is. We will explore filters in a later tutorial.
   4. Leave GenerateTaggedHitsOnly unchecked for now. This feature will be explored in a later tutorial.
   5. Leave Active in the checked position.
   6. Press Insert.
4. You have now created a new Source! Hits from this Source will be generated as soon as the web page or feed you supplied is updated. Go to the Hits page to see the results. NOTE: It may take up to a few hours before hits start to show up, depending on how often the web page or feed is updated.
